Material: Stevia sugar is a natural sweetener extracted from the leaves of stevia. It has unique properties of high sweetness and a low calorific value. The sweetness is 200-400 times that of cane sugar, with only 1/300 of the calories. It can be widely used in food, beverages, medicine and cosmetics as well as many other industries and applications and offers significant cost savings over that of cane sugar. It is a white or light yellow powder, naturally odourless with a pleasant taste. It has been approved as a sweetener by the Ministry of Public Health and Ministry of Light Industry in China, the FDA in the US and the EU.
Grades: Stevia sugar is composed of 5 components: Stevioside, Rebaudioside-A, Rebaudioside-C, dulcoside-A and Steviolbioside. The main sweetening components are Stevioside and Rebaudioside-A.
