Material: Type of carbohydrate known as oligosaccharides, made up of short fructose chains, fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) occurs naturally in plants and their sweet flavour makes them an ideal choice for an alternative sweetener. FOS is commonly used in food applications such as energy bars, bakery, cereals, chocolate and dairy and non-dairy products. Fructo-oligosaccharide can be used as an alternative for Inulin.

Grades: Varying purities depending on application – powder and liquid format.

Packaging: Material is available in 20 or 25 kilo nett bags for powder grade and drums or IBC’s for liquid grade.
