• NiHPRO – a brand new ground-breaking Hydrolysed Protein Isolate which is allergen free*, GMO free, lactose free, sugar free with an amino acid and sensory profile similar to whey protein.

The food and drink industry is heavily regulated and Norkem have a dedicated Group Quality Department to ensure we meet international standards including the ‘BRC Global Standard for Agents and Brokers’. Our in-depth knowledge and awareness of regulatory, quality, food safety and compliance requirements, provides you, our customers, with the peace of mind you require in this demanding sector.

Norkem takes its responsibility on Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO's) very seriously and we understand our customers require an efficient supply chain. To this end we work with manufacturers who are approved under the UK ValidIT scheme.
