The Norkem Group’s European Animal Feed team will be exhibiting at EuroTier, the world’s biggest animal farming trade show, in Hanover, Germany this November.
EuroTier covers the entire animal food production value chain, showcasing products, services and the latest innovations in the cattle, pig, poultry and aquaculture industries.
The show in its current format merges four trade events into one, with Energy Decentral, a show dedicated to the international agricultural and decentralized energy sector, taking place in parallel, along with the World Poultry Show and Inhouse Farming, which looks at the future of feed and food systems.
As a leading name in the supply of trace elements and specialised additives for the animal feed industry, Norkem plays an important role in the animal farming supply chain. EuroTier is a fantastic opportunity for us to meet existing and prospective clients, learn about the latest trends in a key target market for us, and showcase our product range.
We’ll be sending a team from our offices in the UK, The Netherlands and Spain, and focusing on our full animal nutrition and health portfolio. Our global sourcing networks and exhaustive market research allow us to offer stable bulk supplies of a wide range of organic and inorganic chemicals used as feed additives, preservatives, and in hygiene and veterinary products.
Vitamin K3
Two examples we’ll be showcasing at EuroTier are Menadione Nicotinamide Bisulfite (MNB 44%) and Menadione Sodium Bisulfite (MSB), two bioactive sources of the synthetic Vitamin K compound Menadione (K3). Vitamin K is important in blood clotting as it promotes the processing of coagulating proteins. It also helps to regulate calcium deposits in bones and tissues, aiding healthy bone formation and preventing the build-up of calcium in arteries. Vitamin K deficiency in animals can lead to complexities arising from injuries and increased vulnerability to heart disease.
MSB is water-soluble while MNB is not, so between them they offer options as both liquid and dry additives. To find out more, contact our animal feed team. Or why not book your tickets at EuroTier (12 - 15th November) and come and meet the team in person!
