Get a flavour of our Food & Drink range at Fi Europe 2023 >

Norkem will be attending Fi Europe 2023, the continent’s premier food and beverage ingredients industry trade event. We’ll be exhibiting across the full three days at the Messe Frankfurt Conference Centre in Germany from 28th to 30th November.

Fi Europe brings together more than 25,000 delegates from across the globe, including more than 1200 exhibitors. As well as offering a fantastic networking opportunity for food and drink producers, suppliers, manufacturers and distributors, the event has a strong focus on innovation, providing a platform for attendees to share ideas and learn about the latest trends shaping the industry.

This year, the ‘tastemakers’ in attendance will be able to explore eight different ‘zones’, each with its own unique focus:

• Food & Drink Ingredients: The main show floor, showcasing the full spectrum of food ingredients including Additives, Bakery, Dairy, Proteins, Starches, Synthetic Ingredients, Flavouring & Texture, Functional Foods and much more.
• Health Ingredients: A zone dedicated to ingredients with proven health benefits, be it their contribution to immunity, digestive, cognitive or physical health.
• Expo FoodTec Zone: An area dedicated to food processing technologies, R&D services, analytical & laboratory equipment, food safety & hygiene, packaging and packaging machinery and more.
• Natural Ingredients Zone: Focusing on plant, animal, mineral or microbial ingredients produced naturally.
• Free From Zone: Set aside for all products developed to cater for food allergies or intolerances, including gluten-free and sugar-free ingredients.
• Plant-Based Zone: The place to head for for all things vegan and plant-derived, from innovative meat substitutes to alternative ingredients sourced from fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains, legumes and fungi.
• New Exhibitor Zone: A special area set aside for first-time exhibitors at Fi!
• Organic Zone: An area set aside for certified organic producers.

Norkem will be exhibiting in the main Food Ingredient Zone, Hall 4.1, Stand H20, where we will be sharing insights into our entire food and drink product programme. The list includes preservatives, vitamins, citrates, phosphates and nutritional proteins, plus specialist products that would be at home in some of the other specialist zones, such as our natural health derivatives range, prebiotic plant-derived fibres and sugar-free sweeteners.

Sales staff from our food and drink teams right across Europe will be attending, meaning we will have a multilingual presence and be able to speak to all delegates interested in finding out more about what we offer.
