As trade exhibitions go, ChemUK hasn’t had the easiest of starts to life. First launched in 2019 to plug a gap in events for the UK chemicals sector, the 2020 edition had to be cancelled because of COVID-19. That also delayed Norkem’s first appearance at it.
However, the postponed event held in September last year proved to be a huge success, firmly establishing ChemUK’s credentials as the only major trade show that brings together the UK chemical industry in its entirety.
ChemUK actually combines two shows in one - The Chemical Industries Supply Chain Show and The Chemical, Process & Plant Engineering Show. By merging both into a single expo, ChemUK provides a unique opportunity for processors, suppliers and distributors to meet, network, share ideas and discuss the industry at large.
As a leading player in global chemical distribution, we place enormous value in attending events like ChemUK. With more than 350 exhibitors and 150 expert speakers, it’s a chance to catch up on the latest news, insights and innovations that are shaping our industry.
For us, it is vitally important that we keep our finger on the pulse so we can continue to meet the needs of both our suppliers and customers to the very best of our ability. As a company, Norkem is continuously looking for ways to improve what we do, optimise what we offer, and provide security and value in ever-fluctuating market conditions. We firmly believe that dialogue is crucial to making that happen.
Attending events like ChemUK also helps us to establish and build on our professional relationships with suppliers old and new. And of course, being an exhibitor is an opportunity for us to showcase our capabilities. Our stand will feature details of our full product range, including:
● Copper salts
● Iodine derivatives
● Manganese salts
● Zinc Salts
● Citrates
● Phosphates
● Chrome chemicals
Similarly, we will have sales teams representing all the many industries we supply. They will be on hand to outline our sector-specific offers and talk directly to buyers. The sales teams present will include personnel experienced in:
● Detergents
● Personal Care
● Catalysts, Oil & Gas
● Metal Galvanising
● Water Treatment
● Pharmaceutical
● Animal Nutrition
● Food & Beverage
● Agriculture
If you haven’t already, register for your free attendance badge. ChemUK costs nothing to attend for both days. When you are there, look out for us at stand K38 in the NEC’s Hall 1. We’ll be delighted to meet you.
